Only 130 miles from the border, San Felipe, Baja California is the place where the Sea of Cortez, the sky and sand come together.

The road to San Felipe is in good conditions and plans are under way to develop the last 12.2 miles into a 4 lane road. This city has everything you will need for your Vacation, Investment or Retirement. We are talking everything from sandy pristine beaches, warm and calm waters, condos, villas, restaurants, hotels, bar, nightclubs, grocery stores, Baja Races, ATV, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking, a state of the art new Hospital, International Airport, Harbor, Golf Course (under construction).

For the Water sports enthusiasts there are: Jet Ski rentals, Banana boat rides, Kayaking rentals so you can explore the many hidden bays spots. There are miles of beach for your sea shell hunter, you can put together quiet a large collection of different size and color sea shells.

If you like to Fish, this is the place to come, there are several fishing charters in town ready to take you or you can rent a local panga for a negotiable price.
If off-roading is your style, there is plenty of room in San Felipe, you bring your own vehicle or rent one starting at $20.00 per hour.

You can take a desert tour to the Valley of the Giants (Natural Reserve of 1000 year old Cardon Cactus), visit Konsag Island (visible from any point in San Felipe) a 45 minute on a panga (small fishing boat), or visit the water falls and mountains.

The snowbird residents are active and involved in the community through various civic organizations. There are numerous recreational and social pursuits to fuel an active retirement lifestyle. Life is so comfortable here that many transplants now consider San Felipe their main home.

If you just want a place to relax and enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the desert and sea, we have that too.

There are numerous lumber yards and hardware stores as well as auto part stores. There are grocery stores, furniture stores, and clothing stores. In short almost everything most people think they need can be found here without the need for a drive back across the border.

This is the perfect place to relax for a day or a life time, but beware before you know it, a day will be come a week and a week a month and very soon you will be saying what most people say now, I do not want to leave, San Felipe is my home.
